Anyone got any updated pics on the new Grandstand...not seeing anything on the youtube site... and theres not much on the official site...maybe someone can do a weekly blog with regular updates and pictures for all us exilled gulls.

Is it possible for someone to put a link/topic together on this site with pictures and updates of rebuilding work being done to the stadium....unfortunately im unable becuase im not at Plainmoor enough these days becuase of work.

All good opinions....I have to say that with the past few performances and lack of quality in depth, I feel we will be lucky to stay up unless we bolster the squad with some quality....a forward and at least two defenders...our midfield is good enough but our back line is poor and we have been found out. Time to hit the loan market!!

8-2 !!! with senior pros in the side!!.......... if that isnt a wake up call to get some more players in I dont know what is....

An 8-2 loss today with a number of Pro's doesnt sit well at all with me....time for changes!!!

Went to the game Saturday and have to say it was pretty dismall. We just dont look good enough. Realistically I'd say we have maybe 3 players that are Div 3 standard ...the rest just seem to make up the numbers and lack the quality needed. Even at the start of the season I felt we rode our luck a little but now that has all caught up and we are progressively slipping down the table with lacklustre performances. Time to dip in the loan market. A temporary fix but survival is important.

With todays defending we are going to have score a lot of goals to win games....3 or 4 I would say because we look extremely niave and weak. Atieno is much better paired with Howe and I think Kee would be better of than the disappointing Stevens. Mid table or below finish at the end of the season

I have to wonder if Ling really has got what it takes....his signings have hardly been inspirational and the lacklustre performance against a poor Tiverton side only makes me feel that he's goin to drag us back to the depths of the Bateson days. McPhee and Rice resigning is a complete joke as far as im concerned and takes us backwards.This club was moving forward rapidly last year and now we are in a "tranistional period" which to me is the get out of jail card because we havent replaced Paul Buckle with an influentional manager and gives Ling an excuse to sign, with the exception of Leadbitter, 3 very poor div 3 players. It just doesnt look good to me right now...we dont even have a full squad.... and with the players we have I cant see us finishing above the bottom 4. Fingers in Pies Mr Ling...right now its custard pie in our faces.
