Will give him a chance but i've just had some interesting views from an Orient-supporting work mate:
"He bolstered the midfield when he took over from Paul Brush but was fond of playing people out of position"
"His biggest annoying habit was waiting too long in pre-season to sign his targets, e.g. we could have got Mackail Smith from Dag but Ling dillied and dallied and he signed for Posh instead"
but…
"Ling's press conferences were always on the nail though, he knows when his teams don't perform and won't try to pull the wool over your eyes or blame a ref, weather, fans etc"
I hope Billy and Manse don't read the first one

Re: Predictor
Mine came out with Chesterfield, Bury, Shrewsbury followed by Wycombe, Torquay, Accy and Gillingham. Barnet and Stockport down. This is based on us finishing with 3 wins and 2 draws (missing the autos by 4 points).

Re: Wycombe Wanderers vs Torquay United
A few of the efforts that didn't go in last night; there were more but it was too cold to keep getting my phone out!

Re: Wycombe Wanderers vs Torquay United
Exactly the 2 questions on my mind! I remember getting the bus from the station to the ground on our last visit but i'm driving this time and I'm not sure what parking is available with it being on an industrial estate. I do remember the bus taking FOREVER to get away from the ground last time because of traffic congestion.bnickels wrote:Where are people meeting for a drink before the game tonight? Also, what's the parking like, anyone know?
