Taunton Town v Torquay United TUE 13th
I wouldn't worry I can't see us ever getting back in the Football League.

Johnson latest drivel
His arrogance knows no bounds and is only getting worse.
He is doing nothing to redeem himself with the fans.
Why?
Because he knows that even if we don't get promoted this season he will still be our manager next season.

This is not a hysterical response.
Based on the facts this our 8th defeat in 18 games in a predominantly part-time league.
Never mind this was just another unfortunate afternoon to go with the other 7 league defeats.
Also don't forget that in Gary we still trust!!!

A club of our stature!!!???
We don't have one and to think we have is delusional.
We are no better than any of the other teams in our league.
If you thought last season was bad this one is shaping up to be even worse.

Q&A with Gary and Downesy.
Three questions which won't be asked-
Why should we have any confidence this coming season in a manager who got us relegated?
Why did you disrespect our loyal support when we lost last season, particularly at away games?
Why do we still have the same first team coach who is clearly not up to the job?
It will be a Gaffer total waste of time.

Here goes this is what has been churning around in my head all night so please bare with me.
Thank you Gary for relegation and the worst season I have witnessed in the last 56 years supporting this club.
The fact that you appear to accept no responsibility what so ever for the season and blame everyone and everything but yourself is unforgivable.
It is a disgrace that the owners are keeping you on but we never expected anything else.
So what have we got to look forward to?
Inept recruitment.
Inept coaching.
Inept management.
Will you resign if we are not top of the NLS after 10 games? Of course not you'll just blame everybody else again.
Will I renew my season ticket? Of course I will because I love my team.
Have a great summer all those who really care about Torquay United, us the fans.

Another 9 outfield players like Lapslie and we wouldn't be in this mess.
As someone else said elsewhere Johnson must stay until the bitter end and own this relegation and not pass it on to some other poor bugger unless it's Dopey Downes.

Gary Johnson, stick or twist?
4 wins in 25 league games is the only statistic to look at.
The current squad is one of the worst that I have seen in over 50 years.
We need too many recruits to turn it round.
Andrews, Crowe, Hanson and Marshall should all go immediately but they won't due to their contracts.
Keep Gary and let him see the spiral to relegation that this squad deserves through to the bitter end.

10 games gone and bottom of the league.
Wrexham post match interview unreal.
One more game Gary.
If we lose on Saturday do the honorable thing and resign.

Torquay v Boreham Wood - Sat 20/08/21
Out muscled by a bigger, stronger and fitter team. How many times will we hear that this season?
Boreham Wood didn't break sweat, they didn't have to. They could have been 3 or 4 up at half time.
Crowe, Wyatt, Hanson and Evans offer nothing.
Andrews won't score any goals he'll spend all his time on the ground and moaning.
Any chance of some real football not hoof and hope which we are getting at the moment?
Not with the players we have at the moment!!
Still only 4 games gone plenty of time for Garry to ring the changes.

Retained List 2022/23
The three players under contract are a waste of time and show bad decision making in the past.
Surprised that Olaf is on the offer list as he must have run out of chances by now.
