We offered nothing and probably deserved 5-0.
The magic of the cup was clear to see with the reaction of the locals but maybe the biggest humiliation/laugh was being surrounded by the Bishops Cleeve Ultras, the Cleeve under 10's team who were having a great time singing and chanting. They'll remember the day which is good news for 'smaller' teams by which I mean non premier teams.
I have nothing to compare as I haven't been able to get to see Torquay this season until now but what I saw was a well organised Cleeve team who all pull d together and stuck to their jobs. I did not see anything close today to that from Torquay...they looked like a group of players meeting for the first time, and who didn't seem to be able to work out how much a ball bounces on a plastic pitch or that when the wind is blowing in one direction that you change your tactics.
When a defender is 6 feet 7 then maybe crossing to the head of a sub 6 footer isn't going to work either.

Midland-like Solihull Moors it is very close to a housing estate and there are lots of on road parking possibilities that are not too far away. The overflow car park is the field next door to the main ground/pitch and is unlikely to fill up.
I'm planning to take my chances and park in the village because the walk isn't too far and it'll save a car park space for somebody else.

Welling seem to be a little short handed owing to injuries but I can still see them nicking a goal....

Torquay 2 - 1 Chippenham.
Another edge of the seat win and no clean sheet

Finally the possibility of a local game for me. If it's Bishops Cleeve then I could put my hat & coat on & be there in 10 minutes....selfish of me to wish that but there you go. I suppose if I didn't stop to put my trousers or hat and coat on first then I'd be there even quicker?

After watching Coventry City Scratch out a 1-1 at Bristol City I'm ignoring Dave's wise words and going for a 2-1 Torquay win....

Bath 1-2 Torquay.
Would be my first match of the season but for a stupid illness keeping me away. Back soon!

Taunton 2 - 2 Torquay.
It's just as difficult guessing how many registered players will be available tonight ...

Probably my closest match which sounds crazy for a Cornish home team but that's where we are. With our wafer thin as a mint squad then it feels like a null pointer for us..
