Will you be boycotting on Saturday?
In reply to Kit Robin of course I agree that he has to be seen to haveTUFC 's best interests at stake to have more of a case so the mayor/council will be more inclined to give him the freehold he so desires. It is the game of charades he is playing. I should have used the words long term in my comment about Osbourne wanting fans to dissapear. We need to keep a keen eye on the Swindon Speedway debacle that has been going on for a decade, im sure they will move the operation elsewhere whilst the already expanding housing estate gobbles up the stadium. I wouldnt be surprised in the long term that TUFC are playing their home games down inTruro whilst this mysterious new stadium is built. Of course it wont be and he will drag this out for years. Its just a theory, I hope you are right about him building the club up to sell if he doesnt get the freehold. We agree he is in it to make money one way or another.

Clarke Osbourne wants you to walk away, lose interest as it makes his case for getting the green light for the freehold. He is a very clever man, a fecking devious greedy liar yes, but he is not the incompetent cowboy some are saying. He has been piss taking for over 30 years and has become rather good at it.

Harrop keeps on saying this and that but I think it is all tosh. Win Saturday and perfect timing to announce Herrera as the boss.

Woking v Torquay match thread Monday 28/8/17 3pm
Klukowski has played 90% of his career as a midfielder he is not a defender. We have yet to play one single game this season with a back 4 consisting of 4 defenders. Why we havent got a loan or two to cover Gowling and left back is astonishing. Agree about fitness issue. I actually believe a new manager will identify these glaringly obvious things and with a CM and another striker could turn this shambles around. If he isnt announced before Saturday then I give up.

Torquay United vs Solihull Moors predictions Sat 26th Aug
Iam baffled that a pro club/ management team has now gone 6 games playing an attacking midfielder at left-back. Get soeone in on loan ffs and whilst your at it get a CB that can cover at RB, CM and a CF. Shambolic TUFC. ps dont forget a manager sometime before xmas.

If ever we need a win then tomorrow is the day. Not at all confident. I hope Herrera ditches Chaney as left-back and puts Anderson in there. He may be useless, but he is a defender of sorts. 4-3 win to TU.

Glad it's not Hill. Still I thought we would have had news by now seeing as though we have to big games coming up. God it's miserable being a Torquay fan.

Remember him from his Bury days and was a very good player but it appears that he has lost his way somewhat turning out for the likes of Tamworth and Barrow. Less bizarre signing than Fallon thats for sure. Ray being a little harsh with his rating, 5.536 would be more accurate.

Andy Rowland RIP
I rember Andy as I was at Torquay Grammer at the same time. He played in the team that won the English Schools Cup played at Plainmoor back in 1984. Sorry for the loss of your friend.

If we can nick a point then the start of the season has been OK with me but I do want to see KN pick the best players from the start. The team I want to see presuming Gowling is back would play a 4-3-3 ; Clarke, Higgins, Gowling, McG, Davis if fit if not Anderson: Lathrope, Young and Chaney in the centre Lee and Gosling wide and Pittman centre. That is my team, whats yours?

James Gray signs
For me its an ok ish signing based on solely what he has achieved so far and what I have read up on him. That is all that fans can base new signings on, isn't it? Is he going to be the 15-20 goalscorer I was hoping for, well again based on previous then well probably no. We had one of those and KN let him walk away. So welcome aboard James and I hope you make me look a fool come May or sooner. Bixie, you must be bonkers.
