Torquay United v Wealdstone 30/3/19
Very good game 2 very attacking teams Wealdstone will feel unlucky they were a fantastic attacking team who I think could go up through the play offs they have strength and pace and quality when going forward and in defence and are a very motivated and well managed team. None of that should take away from our performance which was really good I think our only fault was we didn’t keep the ball on the ground enough. Ben wynter has improved massively and kalala is a real danger down the wing with keatings on the other wing causing havoc for defenders and asa Hall really commanded the midfield throughout the entire game however looked extremely tired by the end of the game. Cameron is a real gem in that defence he commands the back line which for somebody of his age is really remarkable I think macdonald didn’t have a great game he did pull of something good save some however he looks neoves when crosses are coming in.sendles white had a good game however the defence seemed more secure when niate came on who I think is a fantastic defender however does lack pace which can Ben dangerous at times but he does bring a lot to the table at set pieces.i personally thought that Davis didn’t have a great game over all as well which is very out of character for him however over all I think it was a good result over all and a good team performance Garry Johnson really has got these lads playing well a massive credit to him and the team

Fantastic game today very impressive from the boys they gave there all and played amazing kept the ball on the ground and played some really good passing football and some really good movements I have to say the difference between the team managed by GO and GJ is night and day fantastic attacking style of play

Gary Owers Steps Down
Well done to Gary Imo I have respect for him that he resigned and didnt just keep on dragging the team Deeper and deeper into trouble but this next appointment is crucial we need a manager who is experienced and has a track record of promotion a pipe dream would be jay Saunders he got Maidstone promoted and kept them up however there is also managers like Richard hill the former Woking manager who has a plethora of success at getting teams promoted and is currently with out a job after leaving Woking at which he did a good job at getting them promoted and keeping them up as well then there is both the Tiverton manager who has been successful and the bideford manager who are possible targets they have both had success with there respective clubs or even the Weymouth manager he turned Weymouth around making some good signings like goodship and if he could bring him in then we might be able to get back up in promotion contention imo I think there will be plenty of managers interested in the job I think it’s all down to CO weather he will put the money down and bring in who we need and also depends on how long it takes to find a manager I’d rather not a 4 week wait as that could damage our season even more!

Any news on Bass?
From the performance last night for me showed that wright is a big target forward and with a target forward you need someone with pace and that what keetings has I think they need to try that for a a few games
