Nothing I ever saw of Matt Green suggested he was good enough for a club like Birmingham but there you go

He actually played for us on loan before he signed for York.

Re: wimbledon v the franchise
I agree and some AFC fans have already said they would go to support the team.
A reply wouldn't be an issue as the problem is as an away fan most of your entry fee goes to the home club and the hardcore don't want to put any money into Franchise FC.

Re: Lack of goals
Against Barnet that certainly wasn't the problem as we had the most possession by far, although i don't know about other games recently.Gullscorer wrote:You can't score goals if you haven't got the balls..

Re: wimbledon v the franchise
I live in Wimbledon and go to the occasional game and their supporters club is urging fans not to go to the game and boycott it instead. They would ideally like an empty away end.
If you're a neutral and want to go there will be plenty of tickets but do you really want to put your money into the pockets of the Franchise? Stay home and watch it on the TV.

Re: Lack of goals
I was at Barnet and for all the possession and chances created we simply could not hit the target. Every other shot was spanked high or wide of the goal. There seems to be a lack of composure in front of goal at the moment. They need to stop trying to leather it and guide it in.

Great Come Backs of the past
Last nights amazing come back brought back to me the game that made me from a casual young fan into a die hard.
It was back in the early part of the 93-94 season and Don Riordan was manager. We played Colchester and were 3-0 down by half time (i think) and on came Adrian "fozzy" Foster as a second half sub and promptly scored a hat-trick to come back to 3-3. I still remember him being booked for running down by the Pop Side whirling his shirt over his head. Fozzy would always be my first Torquay hero.
There have been many great ones, such as Hull away. Would love to hear other peoples stories?

Rochdale Highlights via Sky
With the BBC stopping providing individual match highlights I was happy to see that Sky are providing them for free:

Carayol to Boro is a joke. Not bad League 2 player but definitely not good enough for the Championship.

Portsmouth in League 2 next season?
I was just reading a BBC article (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18816436) and it suggests that if Portsmouth don't meet certain conditions they will be relegated before the season starts!
To me that seems crazy and would cause chaos to the fixtures etc and would it mean that Wycombe would get a reprieve?
What does every think about this?

I work as a web designer and I like it. It's set up to be multi-platform for smartphones and tablets with support for touch.

Re: Sondico???
I wouldn't have thought the club would throw the naming of the family stand in cheaply, and with falling attendances this kind of money is essential for the club.
Sondico Stand ain't to bad...we could be playing in the Sports Direct Arena, and what kind of muppets would let that happen to their club?

One plus point for tomorrow nights game is that we can see how the new stand will look on TV
Being exiled I haven't been to any games this season so really looking forward to it.
