Re: Hello from Carlisle
just found this on your banter boards.... didnt realise it existed but hey ho..... the offensive remark i found was in the word "scum" but no harm done there. no games this weekend for us .... the pools panel gave us a defeat against orient..... wonder if theyd have done the same thing against sheff wed?? lol.... thats 2 from 2 now against the " mighty" owls......if this weather carries on untill january then we'd be lucky to even get 40 down to your place on the english riviera!!

Re: Hello from Carlisle
Feel the love guys... feel the lurrrrve...... there are special coaches which ferry special people 6 miles further up north Newtonchull.... You sure do sound very special !!
We've heard all the Scotland gags even the " mighty " Leeds sang the small town in Scotland thing... they got a bit peeved off with our response of " your'e still a big town in Punjab"!! So if you are unlucky enough to get a score bore againt us then there'll be a special bus service for the TUFC special one... NEWTONCHULL!!!... I wont tell you what the Carlisle slang word " chull" means just yet!! These threads have got a lot of mileage untill Jan 8th 2011........ enjoy xx

Re: home tie to carlisle then
morecambe is approx 50 miles south of carlisle in a county called lankasheer. most of the replies on the carlisle board are only tongue in cheek and shouldnt be taken too seriously. please dont think that our fans are bigging us up. as i said its just tongue in cheek. do you honestly think that we are looking fprward to a 700+ mile round trip to play torquay united? i might pop down your way with my 12 year old son and maybe stay over the night. he aint seen the channel yet!! will also probably pay on the day as i cannot see it being an away day sellout!! good luck in the 4th round chaps n chappesses ... may the best team win..... i also cant be arsed hitting the caps lock button....... blue army!!
