Ha! Cheryl! As in Cheryl Baker! It took me a while to deconstruct and contemplate the many subtle layers to that that devilishly clever and witty riposte, but I finally got there! You're referring to somebody who is male by using a female's name, and you intend it as a form of mockery! ZING!

Administrators calling people 'Simple Simon' and girl's names. A true marker of the progress of this site since Mervo's days.

First time I have logged on in a while... now I remember why. What a mature, brave and helpful contribution from the site manager. A veritable keyboard warrior! I only wish we could all be as well informed! Perhaps the site manager could share his valuable insight with members of the board personally? Including Simon Baker?

Baker is clearly a loyal and committed fan, who stepped forward when others didn't. He does not deserve to be on the receiving end of such pathetic name calling. For what it's worth, my understanding is that he has been unhappy with Knill's tenure for some time.

Rosenior played right wing most of the time. Could beat a man, but little crossing ability. I remember home vs Yeovil when we were 2-0 down, he and Kuffour came on for Beds and Hilly before half time and tore them apart. 2-2 final score (?), Craig Taylor scored a great driven free kick.

Speaking of Taylor, was very disappointed with the way in which he was released - seem to remember it was announced as a footnote to another article on the website... as captain of our promotion winning side, he deserved better.
