Gutted! A very late postponement though isn't it? Would not like to be a Barnet fan who's made the journey...

Yeah - did they really not know until an hour before kick off that the pitch was unplayable?

wayhay, now maybe I will get a chance to go to the re arranged match. Felt really rough today. Poetic justice. God knew I felt rough and staved the match off unitll i was better. Now find out when the new date is.
Gotta feel sorry for the bees fans though.all that way and it's wet. Not even a chance of a kick about on the beach

Typical! And we've had hardly any real rain! The Plainmoor pitch never used to be this bad; something must be done about it. But it might be to our advantage in the relegation struggle.. Or not.. =Z

On the positive side, at least we might get Pokey back before the rearranged match.

Was just thinking about this. It hadn't crossed my mind that there would be a postponement but, thinking about it, while we not had heavy rain, we've had pretty consistent drizzle for three days.Gullscorer wrote:Typical! Here's a picture of the pitch, does it really look that bad?

Everyone may as well all pile up to Morecambe now !
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
