yep past his best wouldnt want him back, if he did i think he would be behind tonge in the pecking order, im sure knilly has better options.
Can't see us signing both in all honesty as both would probably expect (quite rightly) to be a first choice.
I must admit, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see Tully sign, should Tonge (Knill's first choice?) turn us down. It would appear that Exeter have had an offer on the table for him since the end of last season, but like quite a few others up the road (Doherty, O'Flynn) he is stalling ... presumably unhappy with the terms on offer at cash strapped City. So much so, that Tully has put his name forward on the PFA transfer list, as being " out of contract". For a local lad, I believe he actually lives in the Bay, a move to us (given our need for a Right Back) for more money and/or longer deal (whichever is the reason he is unhappy with the offer at Exeter) would certainly be an attractive option I would imagine.

Used to love singing "he's Tully, Tully Tully Tully" as a kid, but dont think he's anywhere near good enough anymore.

I heard a month ago that Torquay was linked with Tully (posted on 22nd of may). He does live in Torquay.
Saw him running along Torquay seafront last night in his Exeter City training kit

Is he as good as Oastler ( who was poor last season ) or Leadbitter ? Will he want more money than them? I.M.O.......No!, but will want much more money.

do players of his standard STILL really expect to get a pay rise every time they move?? the rest of the country, except the bankers of course, seem to have ahad pay freezes for years now, as an NHS nurse i certainly have taken a real terms drop in pay for the last 3 yearsCP Gull wrote: a move to us (given our need for a Right Back) for more money and/or longer deal (whichever is the reason he is unhappy with the offer at Exeter) would certainly be an attractive option I would imagine.
