Excellent piece of business, I reckon. Well done, Alan Knill.

Have to say the signings so far are all impressive. It seems as Juan has used the market very well thus far. A few more key signings and I think we will be looking at a decent and attractive team this year.

Yes don't think anyone can really argue with these two signings at all. Two decent wingers. We also have Bodin and Thompson. Compare that with Stevens,Macklin and Halpin and you can really see the difference.

This is exactly what we needed this summer - quantity out, quality in. Three more to go then? Defender, and two strikers?

He'll be here (via the Eurostar) in a fortnight or so.

I make no apologies for peeing on everyones parade, but I have yet to be convinced. A couple of weeks ago it was doom and gloom at signing no f*cker, now it's unthought through blind optimism at the signing of a couple of youngsters. Proper assessments can be made when games commence.

The spine (positions of importance) have yet to be filled and already there is a spinal injury.

Now excuse me while I continue to pee on the parade.

Troj, if we get an established CB, a big tall CF and perhaps another CM then we're seriously in business here so we have to wait and see who else comes in. Should we NOT get these then yes, on the face of it we look extremely lightweight and short but Knill hasn't finished yet and we still have a good few weeks left to bolster further. Go and have a pint in the sun or tek a 4 pack dahn the beach ya crazy old fool!!! :na:
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
