Richinns wrote:A rallying call for Saturday 29th of January.

Get 100% behind the team - no matter what.

If we are playing bad - encourage

If we go behind - encourage

No picking on a individual player (Danny S seems to be coping it at the moment).

No moronic - "get him off Buckle" calls

Crawley fans will be there in numbers and will try to turn this into a home game for them.
We cannot allow this to happen. We need to out shout, out sing and out encourage the Crawley.

Lets really be the 12th man and give the team the biggest push we can to reach the 5th round for the first time.

History and financial reward awaits.
The original post sums it up without further comment from me.

Well done Richinns.

It's going to be a special day, I can feel it in my bones.

Noise (with Scott Brehaut and myself it sure ain't going to be quiet), colour (with the new flags turning up), humour (with Fatso and Domino over the other side it's sure going to be funny), Awayday in attendance with his brilliant drumming leading us all the way and the chance to progress to the 5th round making history into the bargain it's going to be a magical day.

Yellow day anyone?

Just checking, as this is in the cup, am I right in thinking that the commentary will be on radio devon online? The new league laws infuriate me, with radio devon not being able to provide league games online. Means I, and others like me, have to rely on the great updates here, and the BBC text commentary.

If the crawley game is available online then I can't wait to have it on full blast...

Yeah! They should pick on someone their own size. :)

If I could attend I'd certainly bring my 5 year old who loves shouting "Paul Buckle's yellow army" and would've added to the noise but she seems to think there's someone called Steve playing for us :S

Robc,

Going on previous experience I believe they are allowed to provide, free of charge, FA Cup commentary live online. Certainly was the case last season (and the season before that etc).

Bloody hell, you forget just how dominant we were in that first Histon match. Play like that Saturday and we'll have no trouble.

During the 60's the following was sung on the terraces of Plainmoor and was popular because it's our colour . . .

I actually laughed my ass off to that, remember David's face when we were singing it at 3 in the morning?

You can wake him up with it on Saturday :) :)

Yeah, I laughed when I found it as I too remembered his face.
Can't wait to see his face when I sing it on Saturday morning. What a bloody wake up call that will be!!!!
