Torquay United v Hartlepool United - 31/8/13
Will be close I think. Hope we shade it, but have a feeling it could be a score draw (as Hartlepool are bound to score against us). Not expecting to lose this though.
Will be cheering from afar at Faversham Hop Festival, so if I post tomorrow it may not be too cohesive.

after getting the last two scores bang on, i'm really feeling the pressures on my to perform this weekend!
hartlepool appear to be in disarray after their relegation and break up of that squad, a team made up largely of unknowns without a goal to their name in the league should be cannon fodder for a plainmoor crowd sensing blood and their first home win the new season
gonna plump, as my main prediction, for both teams to score at least one, and a narrow home win 2-1 ball and hawley

Really looing forward to this game now, was gutted to miss the Oxford game, maybe not the result though.
Hartlepool have had a bad start to the season, thats as we all know meaningless at this early stage, that said when our team clicks we can beat anyone, so 2.0 gulls.

Hartlepool haven't scored yet this season so it's a dead cert they will score tomorrow - probably in about the 2nd minute. They are in a bit of disarray at present so I think it's a good time to be playing them. I'm expecting our first home win of the season. If we don't win, I shall start to become slightly worried. I'm going for a 3 - 1 win and I feel it in my water that Callum Ball will get at least one of the goals. And maybe even a Harding free kick. One thing I wish for - a bliddy better ref than the Sunday League ref we had for the Oxford game (apologies to Sunday League refs who no doubt do a good job !)

Hoping for a good result on the back of last weekends 2nd half performance.
Only saw the GullPlayer highlights but really like the look of Mr. Chappell.
At least 2-1 to us with another goal for Mr. Chappell

COYY!!!!!
I'm so looking forward to the second half!
In fact, take your time everyone getting to Plainmoor as nothing happens in the first 45 anyway other than we may go a goal down.
Hopefully this one will live up to the phrase IT'S A GAME OF TWO HALVES and not one half.
Sadly I won't be able to follow us on here today as i'll be in Rotherham and I might not be able to post either tonight so you can all have some respite. I'll be checking the scores though and seeing if I can get a radio on anywhere for talksport or whatever. COME ON LADS!! A FIRST HOME WIN BECKONS!!
