I learned a new word. And yes, from listening to the game we're getting mullered.

Its a little difficult to tell listening to Gullsplayer. There is no regular commentator so Ross Reid and Chris Fleet are sharing the commentary and their enthusiasm makes it sound like a basketball game with some one the verge of scoring every 5 seconds - to tell you the truth I am exhausted listening to it. Despite this at the end of the first half they said it had been scrappy and not much action! Both have been raving about how good Downes and Pearce are though

I need an Afan Lido goal and a Westerlo goal and i'm in there! Oh, and a Torquay goal would be great too although I won't get any cash for it.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

No place for Ashley Yeoman either as well as NC

I think we can safely say that they play no part in TUFC's future

Rather sad really because after Morecombe and Bristol Rovers I really thought that AY had come of age and was the future for TUFC.

Not to be and I have no doubt that a few years down the line he will be banging them in for some League team - bit like Green now at Birmingham (who after an immense display against Coventry in the FA Cup - was substituted unfairly - threw a strop and was never in Buckles good books again).

We will give him away for nothing and he will get someone fees in the region of £100,000+

On a separate note - how the hell have Hartlepool managed to score 5 goals based on Saturdays performance - were they playing the blind school?

Pretty sure that's Steve Breed and Chris Fleet, actually.

All too predictable that we'd lose the shootout.

If the match stats are a fair reflection, then the best team won.

C'est la vie, onwards and upwards!

Well 2 first round cup exits without scoring, i'm disappointed but it's no big deal. I'm sure we'll get the luck in the FA Cup. We move on to Fleetwood now looking for a good response and i'm confident we'll get it. Hard luck lads and well done.
