Portsmouth will approach us for Alan Knill...??torq2u wrote:Portsmouth have approached Oxford for Chris Wilder.
If he turns them down, maybe we'll be next?
Should the club sack Alan Knill?

Should be sacked and his nuts whipped off and stuffed where the squirrels sun don't shine . . . .
. . . . for two reasons . . . . .
. . . . for emptying Mrs Lotto's silk purse AND making a pig's ear of it.

I'm seeing Facebook messages that Knill is gone and it will be announced in the morning. Fingers crossed.

Was that a private message or on a public site? If he's going to be sacked, the sooner the better.....

Matt I can't say because that is not my place. It was public but still not for me to say. Could be rubbish for all I know.
Doesn't matter from whom, Matt. If it's true we'll know today, if it's not true we'll know today.ferrarilover wrote:From whom?

So are you the new Supergulls Beano ? With no statement (as yet) from the club, but with Neil Warnock maybe dropping hints as posted on the other thread on Talksport this morning, are you about to take acclaim from this site as the harbinger of expected news for all the Knill critics or will you have egg (yellow & white striped) on your face later ????? Whatever happens COYY !!

Well it's gone 11 o'clock and so far the big announcements from the club are paint Kingsteignton yellow, and more importantly O'Connor's loan extended for a month. I, therefore would like suggest that Alan Knill is still in the hot seat.

Well with 45 minutes of the morning remaining there is no official news yet. It has just been announced that O'Connor's loan has been extended for an extra month. Good news that it is it's not what I had hoped to read first of all this morning. Unless this had already been agreed before the weekend it's not the kind of thing you see just before a manager is sacked is it? I really hope the club don't mess about with this, with the next game not until the 14th surely it is the ideal time to give someone new as long as possible to get to know the players and make plans for the matches coming up.
