Credit to Hawley - it sounds as if he is playing well. Let's hope he can grab a goal.

Steve Breed may be a nice bloke but he's a shite commentator; his delivery is one of the most irritating I've ever heard, and he just gets worse and worse. I'd rather have Sparks or Julian Gaunt any day.. :-/

Yes according to Steve Breed Poke is wearing a uniform this afternoon - that should slow him down a bit.

That'll have the home fans riled up.

Looking at the stats, best we can hope for is a bit of smash 'n' grab today.

The longer we can keep it 0-0 the more chance we have got of fluking this. Just doesnt sound as though we are doing anything up front.

Thing is although he is holding it up well, it's always a square pass, and in truth he's making us poor going forward!

We have ridden pur luck in this half, downes and poke on yellows and this ref seems like the sort to give out reds!

Stockely/ Benyon need to be brought on we are too shot shy!

I'm happy with 0-0 but if we go back to the Exeter game, Tisdale (hardly a tactical genius) took DECISIVE action at half time and that helped tip the game in their favour. This is the problem with Knill. We might nick this fair enough but he will wait and wait and wait until the very last minute even if are at 0-0 to take DECISIVE action during a game. Fortune favours the brave and like someone said, if we go 1 down here it's game over because we have sod all up front and create very little. Happy with a point though and 0-0 although York and Bury are winning. :-/
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
