I think we should vote for the popside ball boy for Torquay United player of the season. Always has a smile, never lets us down and has shown great touch and composure which is more than can be said for the first team.
It was priceless when he mugged off the stewards this week - he sent them to the kiosk for some sweets and when they brought him them back he refused to give them any.
He deserves it more than most.

Most of us will be scratching our heads to come up with ONE let alone THREE!
My 'vote' goes to Martin Rice ... took his opportunity well and at least (when I've seen him play) shows some bloody passion for the game.
...the majority of the rest should hang their heads in shame... to be paid decent money to 'entertain' and then only 'go through the motions' beggars belief.... most of them will sod off in the summer (hopefully) or be offloaded (hopefully) and then all we can hope is that Hargreaves puts together a team that will challenge at the right end of the Conf Prem.
I'm not expecting miracles, just (like Ricey) that the players show some passion for the game.... for the fans.... and themselves!

Rice and Pearce are the only players who can hold their heads up with dignity as having given 100% commitment throughout the season. Some others have given part commitment for some games (Cameron, Chappell, Downes for example). Some should be damned well ashamed of themselves.

Krystian Pearce is 24. I liked Jak McCourt when he was here on loan, showed a lot of committment for his age, so I'll be voting for him for Young Player. POS is between Pearce & Ricey, I reckon.
