Torquay v Dag & Red - Friday 18th - 3pm KO
No real intro for the game from me sure someone else will cover it,
but just to remind everyone kick off for this Friday game is 3 o'clock!

For us to be relegated by Saturday, this is what has to happen:
Torquay lose.
Wycombe or Northampton win.
Exeter win/draw.
Rovers win (on Saturday).
That would mean we'd be 10 points adrift with 9 to play for.
but just to remind everyone kick off for this Friday game is 3 o'clock!

Does anybody know if bus services are available for the games on Good Friday and Easter Monday?
If so, will it be a Sunday service?
If so, will it be a Sunday service?
Time to cut the negativity for one game and give it a go against Dagenham. A loss could see us relegated, but a win could see us 4 points behind going into the Exeter game. Get behind the boys and let's hope that all the calculations and odds on staying up will be a little easier to work out come Friday evening, in a good way!

A win followed by a win on Monday would be a huge boost. Fate may have already consigned us to the football dustbin, but we should be giving the lads all our support in these games.

Free entry for kids is fine, just need some adult to accompany them. That's the problem. It's too late. I hope most have accepted relegation don't waste your money. We got relegated when we lost those games to Northampton and Accrington

We're not relegated until we can't mathematically stay up.
I hope that the players and management have adopted a different attitude to yours - the win at the weekend MAY provide them with the boost that they need. Yeah, we probably will go down, but here's hoping we make a fight out of it. Too little, too late, yeah probably, but never say never.

You may be true Lucy, but surely this is the time, regardless of how slim our chances are to support the club in our fight for survival?lucy6lucy wrote:Free entry for kids is fine, just need some adult to accompany them. I've just edited the OP stating what needs to happen for us to be relegated this weekend. Here's hoping a miracle happens!

the important games
Chesterfield v Exeter - surely Chesterfield will win this?
Wycombe v Northampton - hoping for a draw here!
Portsmouth v Bristol Rovers - Portsmouth had a great win and know a win will make them mathematically safe, home win!
Table could be
21 Bristol Rovers 43 47
22 Wycombe 43 47
23 Northampton 43 47
24 Torquay 43 42
Same again on monday, who knows!

why dont they try free entry for adults and charge the kids to get in instead, that way the ground would be pretty full with people who could make a great atmosphere and roar us on to a second consecutive win! that'll never happen tho, bloody kids!
still keeping the faith
I heard today that Goodwin is injured and will miss this match.
