Why are you even surprised what she gets up to?

This may surprise you, but I don't like to think about it too much..Southampton Gull wrote:Why are you even surprised what she gets up to?

Finally, the CPS and the police admit they got it wrong. Moazzam Begg is innocent and all charges have been withdrawn. Since his wrongful imprisonment at Guantanamo Bay he has campaigned against injustices and the heavy-handed oppressive treatment of innocent people by the authorities in their work against terrorism, which has made him a target of the police and security services, who tend to shoot first and ask questions afterwards, particularly when carrying guns, which they seem to be doing more and more these days..

Bollocks put simply. The same nanny state rules and freedoms that allowed a man convicted of murdering his wife in Ukraine to move to this country, the same man now the prime suspect in the murder of a 14 year old girl in this country.

Well, actually that simply proves my point that the security services and police forces in this country contain bumbling incompetents; they allow the real criminals the freedom to continue their criminal ways, whilst locking up the innocents..

This gut-wrenching documentary film, 'Borrando A Papá', was banned by the Argentinian government:
http://spa.avoiceformen.com/hangouts/bo ... argentino/
When you watch it (it has English sub-titles) you will understand why certain totalitarian pressure groups wanted it banned.
It speaks far more effectively than anything I could say, and if after seeing it you are not moved to some kind of action, or at least to tears or anger, then I despair of the human race.

Coming soon: the end of free speech: http://www.spectator.co.uk/features/937 ... mfortable/
Just wait 'till we're yanked out of Europe then we really will have no free speech. It's only the European Convention that grants it at the moment, under common law we have no right to freedom of expression whatsoever.Gullscorer wrote:Coming soon: the end of free speech: http://www.spectator.co.uk/features/937 ... mfortable/
Is the same European convention (ECHR) than prevented successive British governments from deporting Jordanian Abu Qatada and Egyptian Abu Hamza form the UK for a number of years costing the British tax payer how much ?
Was this a case of the ECHR performing an assault on the freedom of the British people ?

So Jeremy Corbyn has pledged that a future Labour government will ratify the Instanbul Convention on women's rights: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/po ... 66441.html
Sounds perfectly reasonable on the face of it, doesn't it? But dig a little deeper and you will find the totalitarian machinations of Marxist/feminist ideology: http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/th ... into-ruin/ http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/go ... onvention/
Adolf Hitler knew all about the effectiveness of the insidious creep of totalitarianism: 'The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom of a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed' (his words).
Combine the Instanbul Convention with other totalitarian proposals such as the 'European framework national statute for the promotion of tolerance' (http://www.avoiceformen.com/updates/eu- ... st-speech/) and before you know it you'll be living without any of the freedoms we currently take for granted.
The very survival of our nation is at stake. We must recognise the dangers now before it is too late, and ensure that we completely leave the anti-democratic European Union, and make known the dangers of a future Labour government doubtless supported by the Lib-Dems, the Greens, and the SNP, if we truly believe in democracy and freedom of speech.

You think this is all a bit far-fetched? The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Here's one immediate example I found of an attempted almost imperceptible removal of one of our freedoms by totalitarian ideologues: http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/12 ... ag-flying/

Yes, the very same. Guaranteed rights for all, not guaranteed rights for only those who are deemed worthy. Oddly, the latter option is the precise one advocated for by the very people who cause you such ire. The irony is always so clear, yet so lost on those blinded by indignant rage.forevertufc wrote:Is the same European convention (ECHR) than prevented successive British governments from deporting Jordanian Abu Qatada and Egyptian Abu Hamza form the UK for a number of years costing the British tax payer how much ?

No, these people are not desirable, but seeing a handful of undesirables benefit is an infinitely preferable result than seeing the same injustices perpetrated against the majority.
As usual, the Daily Wail language is strong here. There was no assault on the freedom of the British people. British people were no less free than they otherwise might have been had those you mention been treated differently. This isn't zero sum. Their win isn't your loss. Indeed, to have treated these people outwith the provision of the law would have been to cost each of us a tiny little bit of our humanity and pushed us just a tiny little bit closer to the dystopian hell in which our enemies would have us find ourselves if they had their way.
Anyway, you want to talk about freedom of speech, I posted a thread on the Internet yesterday and it seems I have been censured. No explanation, no right of appeal, just toe the party line it be silenced. Let me tell you, I wish I had topcover from EU legislation.
Matt.

I believe, Matt, if you take simple steps to ensure that you are actually saying something in a language people will understand, then you should have no problem. Remember your target audience/readership..ferrarilover wrote:Anyway, you want to talk about freedom of speech, I posted a thread on the Internet yesterday and it seems I have been censured. Write to your MP before it is too late. Organise demonstrations before they are completely banned. Make your views known before they (and you) are silenced. These matters are too important to ignore:
The Brexit and Trump battles were won last year, but the PC war continues: the BBC and our universities are already under the control of the enemy. Now, Marxist-feminist 'social justice' warriors are set to impose total tyranny and censorship against what remains of a free press, including the suppression of any 'incorrect' political views expressed by you and me on the internet:
http://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/davi ... ree-press/
Goodbye freedom of speech..
UK thought police put 15-year-old burka opponent on anti-terror education programme:
http://www.breitbart.com/london/2017/01 ... programme/
Adults will be next..
In what amounts to a civil war, the enemies of our country are taking us stealthily and insidiously into totalitarianism and merciless oppression.
Wake up Britain..!!
