All sounds very uninspiring

Cant help wondering if we practice missing sitters in training - we seem very good at it this season!
At the kerb halt - look right - look left -look right again - if all clear quick march!

Train with 5 a side goals during the week and then on Saturday the goal will look like a big old Barn door.
8 shots 1 on target is not going to get the job done

Interesting. So Paul Sturrock is sat in the stand as mooted by the commo's as Director of football. Is this realistic or just fantasy as we would be grasping at anything let alone straws. we do seem to need someone in but can we afford Sturrock. Would Brucie even allow it. when will the world end and will minions be behind it. Answers to all our questions. watch this space. well its likely to be more interesting at the moment.

Oh dear. Never mind. Roll on the end of this season and start again next season. Hopefully we can't do any worse. Can we?

Where can I get a bet on TUFC losing this in the last minute?

Wouldn't be suprised, esp. after the start we had, we were second after the Woking game.Glostergull wrote:Oh dear. Never mind. Roll on the end of this season and start again next season. Hopefully we can't do any worse. Can we?

So so many mistakes this season.
I have to confess that releasing Mansell and Nicholson would have been my choice too, however experience is exactly what this side lacks.
A director of football is desperately required. We need contacts, some objective thinking and experience upstairs - sadly had this been forthcoming two seasons ago then we wouldn't be where we are now.
I wonder who will do the job for a couple of buttons and magic beans?

i for one would have Kept Mansell. I doubt he would have stayed though especialy if Rovers had come calling even if we had improved the offer. I think we may have seen the results of a terrific slash in wages and bargain basement players. not all signings have been that successfull bearing in mind the need to keep your head when things go against you. we seem to have lost the guys who would push the younger players on when things are not going well.

Don't believe the hype about bargain basement wages. Despite what CH preaches we have one of the biggest budgets in the division. We struggle against part time sides for fecks sake.Glostergull wrote:i for one would have Kept Mansell. The manager is failing to send the players out with an effective game plan and motivation to win games. Dartford are going down and all we could muster is a one all draw. I just wish this season could finish now before more damage is done to the numbers of supporters who will return next season.
