Just to point out, old chap, that this is the Cats are Great thread. Your comment(s) probably belong on the Whinge, Moan and Rant thread..EmetEdadsBeard wrote:The black and white tw(c)at that keeps climbing my trees where the birds are currently building their nests, trying to jump the birds that come to my feeders and shatting in MY garden (yes its MY territory, not its!) will be down a foooookin grate as soon as I get my hands on it.
I hate them with a passion, pet ownership without responsibility.

Yep, tables need protecting. They're always being put upon. My cat's always jumping on tables (albeit with the help of nearby chairs). If other cats do this, tables could be endangered as a species. Cats can run faster than tables; my cat being an odd exception..

My cat's always very affectionate when she wants something (usually food, sometimes the thermostat turned up). The rest of the time she's always most disdainful. I can never understand why. Any ideas?

Tables must be way greater than cats or dogs. the proof of the pudding is plain for all to see on this forum look at the number of posts members have made about where we are in the table and how to climb up the table. yes you heard it hear first !
