MOTM - Barrow
Our highest home attendance since Boxing Day 2014, so a big response would be very much appreciated. Still all to play for this season.
Richards: the goal puts him at one.
Gerring: solid all afternoon and the stick he has got clinches second position
Verma: I think he is a really good footballer and in particular has adjusted well to fullback
Allen: Didn't quite come off today but always tried to get at the opposition
Harrad: Hard work as always, a bit of quick thinking deserved a goal but the ball span on to the post
Honorable mention for Ex probably his last game as a pro and despite being rusty gave a good account of himself.

Courtney Richards. Tremendous goal. One of his best games for United.
Bliss. Won countless headers. A goal. A long time since we had a striker who is so good in the air. Helps when you are 6 feet 4.
Aman Verma. This lad gets better with every game.
Ben Gerring. Hats off to Ben.Huge improvement since his debut. Very solid and committed.
Dan Butler. Up against a very good Barrow player. Vital member of the team.
Very enjoyable match.

Courtney Richards - I thought he has a very good game, capped by a great goal
Dan Butler - tremendous workrate, involved in the build up to the second goal (a very slick move) and put in a peach of a cross in the first half which Blissett headed wide. Also, a great goal-line clearance (I think it was Dan)
Aman Verma - another good performance at right back
Matt Harrod - another one who grafted and unluck to hit the post with an opportunist strike with their 'keeper out of his goal
Brendon Moore - yes, he made a bad mistake which led to their goal but he made some terrific saves and gathers from corners before the goal
It was a toss up for me between Moore and Ben Gerring for the fifth spot. Gerring had a solid game today

Gerring - he was excellent today
Richards - a fantastic goal but good all-round performance
Blissett - won virtually everything in the air and was on hand to round off a great team goal
Harrad - very hard working and picked up many loose balls, bringing others into play
Verma - has become Mr Reliable at RB
The crowd - excellent turnout and great atmosphere for much of the game
