Surprised that no one has mentioned that for the last 2 abject games the absence of Richards has been a major factor
Agreed he is far from being a skilled player but at least he tries put some bite into midfield and I wonder if the team would have fallen apart if he had been playing

No disrespect to Richards but if we are totally reliant on him to hold the team together we are f***ed!

Just watched Gulls Player to see at close quarters just how we managed to lose this game.
We had so many chances to make it 2-0 but we failed every time to hit the target. We have got to show more composure when a chance is created.
The first Guiseley goal had a huge amount of luck when a long hopeful ball hit Cassidy on the shoulder BUT what on earth was Moore doing way off his line which made it so easy for Cassidy to equalise.
The second goal was comical defending as we nodded the ball into the one place that the ball should not go and game over.
Nicho is right about one thing and that is at this level it is fine margins that settle games
We must be clinical with our finishing, spend way more time on set pieces, take throw ins quicker and NOT down the line and ensure high balls are headed clear BEFORE they create a problem. Aaron Downes was so good in this respect.
Simples really.
