A protest will at least give the fans a chance to vent their frustration. Who knows if ity would work, IF and its big IF it did get media coverage it may open the eyes of some councilors, and that would be the main aim.

The best outcome is to get rid of GI and Harrop and keep this club at Plainmoor.

I don't know if we can do it, but we can try.

But we need to bring it to a head NOW. And be ready for the worst outcome, which would be GI folding the club.

But then its phoenix, that's our fall back position.

Exactly. We have a month before the end of the season. It's our only chance to raise awareness of their intentions. Once the summer comes its will be radio silence for 3 months.

In addition to filling the family stand what about trying to get all the TUFC fans at the Ellacombe End whether it is Family Stand, Bristows or Popside.
And stay there after the game. Wd 20 stewards remove 1000 people?

OK Neal; out some meat on this phoenix bone of yours ~ GI fold the club...........let's assume that is in the close season and so where would your phoenix club play their football next season?

I can tell you; nowhere because no league will accept them that late into the summer.

........and on which ground would they play? Don't think for one moment you would get Plainmoor; and exactly at what level of football in your vision would you attempt to get your phoenix club starting the 2018-19 season then?

I'm not knocking your genuine enthusiasm mate; just playing Devil's Advocate as someone needs to do with all brilliant conceptions.

There has been no local board appointed, no fans forum, no money for players. It's time to let them know we won't be the pushovers that they think we are.
Or get every Popsider to stand right up against the Family stand end and join in with the demonstrations. Maybe the Bristow stand could do the same?
This way it's no extra cost and they get the messsge from all sides of the ground.

We need one chant that resonates from all side of the ground. Wave your scarfs, chant your disapproval and display your banners in defiance of GI and Harrop.
Any ideas for a chant?

Ensure that the Match day commentators report this live. Get some banners, with photos and make this Headline Local sports news.

Last season we were nearly relegated through incompetence, this year its due to negligence.
GI's and Osborne's exploitation of TUFC needs a reaction from its fans!

They stole our club and we want it back, GI , GI
They stole our club and we want it back, GI, GI
They stole our club and we want it back
Osborne's lying and Harrop's fat
The Torquay fans will never give in til the end!

It seems as if media attention in Torbay and surrounding areas is somewhat neutered, Herald express is next to useless but what about the media outside of the area. Where is the die hard fan Helen. she has a soccer programme on sky. why are we not bringing this to her attention. surely she can help, So often she has said she is one of the most die hard fans. can someone ask her. what can we do to bring this to other national media attention. if the council and GI are allowed to do this without anything happening it can happen to any club. we should promote this among all fans of all club everywhere even Scotland Ireland And Europe if Nec.
promotion in the media localy might be neutered, but they can't silence them all and national attention would hurt more
