Some great skill from a group of lads behind the goal watching when the ball came into stand and the goalkeeper wanted ball back....think there goalie enjoyed the banter

as I said in my fantastic report mate, if it had been a boxing match the ref would have stopped to prevent guiseley taking any further punishment.. :@

It is important to you, you plum! you should substantiate your claim then, so how did we play different? Did we have width? Did we defend better? Did we take our chances?

Maybe you two should PM each other... there's enough hate around without reading your obvious dislike for each other. Just sayin - it's a bit boring

Agreed to a extent but we just didn't have the knock out punch in 2nd half ..some good moment....some good passing ...clearly some spirit. 3 or 4 times in a position to strike but just seemed to shy of that little space to pull the trigger. I was pleased at 2.1 we didn't just sit back , if we got a 3rd then we prob have got a 4th.
Not sure if it was a boxing match it would get stopped but maybe win on the judges points.we didn't punish them where it hurts and ripple the onion bag

The loss of Gowling and Davis hasn't helped, but in Anderson there should be an able deputy at CB, and as I posted a few weeks ago, Chaney may well be doing a decent job at LB, but he can't be turned into a another Verma. I would say one of the first priorities of the new manager will be to properly assess the fitness of Davis, if it's going to be a few weeks before he can be pressed into action, then surely a loan LB would be the answer, it doesn't have to be from FL club, and other than perhaps living expenses for the player, wouldn't need to cost either.
