Eastleigh v Torquay United - Boxing Day 2017
Guess it's only fitting that I start this thread.
There should be a large contingent from my family going so I hope to see lots of familiar faces there.
The closest pub to the ground is The Cricketers, usually rammed on match days although there are several decent pubs in and around the town. If anyone is concerned about parking they are more than welcome to contact me and park at my warehouse free of charge and jump in a taxi to travel the 2 miles to the ground. There's ample parking and it's a safe environment covered with cctv.
Fingers crossed we can get something out of the 2 fixtures over the festive period against a revitalised Eastleigh.
COYY!!!

If only we had a stronger squad to pick from. The only side rubbing their hands with glee are, sadly, Eastleigh. I suspect that both matches could produce a fair number of goals. A repeat of last year's two Christmas/New Year games against Forest Green?
Yep I'm going with 2 others, expecting a good atmosphere, result well that's a whole new story. Got 3 spare seats, anyone need a lift, send us a PM.

We need 4 points from our double header with them over the festive period, imo.
*Shameless Plug* On the podcast me and Ryan preview this match around 15 minutes from the end of this. Chris Hargreaves also somewhere in the middle if anyone is interested...

Another comfortable defeat I fear.
2 clear goals . I’ve seen nothing in the last few weeks that gives me any realistic prospect of seeing any kind of dominant display .
However football is a crazy thing . What a brilliant late Christmas present 3 points would be though eh ?
Merry Christmas to all posters ( and I do mean all )

Need to come out fighting from the 1st minute , do that and we can win.
I’ve got us down for 2 points over the feastive season.
Time will either see me as a manic depressive or a realist.
Wishing all forum members a very Merry Christmas.

Life is like TUFC. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory.

Ideal conditions at the moment. The overnight winds have subsided and it's a bright sunny day so here's to a decent performance and some welcome points.
