So what if he's a gob shite ! That's exactly what we need, someone to ruffle a few feathers, instead of the ' after you Claude ' way of playing that a lot of the previous ' church mice' type of player several in recent years.
And as you say Dave , " he can play a bit ".

Gob shites/street fighters ~ they'll be needed in this league.

I didn't see them this season, but Havant & Waterlooville were full of them last season when they went up from the Isthmian League as a precursor to winning NLS this year.

Same goes for Braintree who were mentally and physically stronger over more talented Hampton & Richmond when I saw them last week in the play-off final.

Just what we need ! A load of gobshites on the pitch at Plainmoor to compliment a plethora off it !
I’ve seen Reason a couple of times and he had his moments. But I’m not sure he is any better than Young who most certainly did not have an “after you “ attitude.
Ludicrous thing to say ....

I remember Reason from a few years ago, but I am not sure why he would drop down a division to play for us.

I am surprised we haven’t been linked with someone like Tyler Harvey or Jamie Richards from Truro. Weren’t people crying out for proven players at this level?

So far all the players we have signed got relegated last season.

Some people are never happy.

Why on earth would we want/need Harvey or Richards?

The players that we have signed "didn't get us relegated". Absolute nonsense.

I didn’t say the players we have signed got us relegated, I said they got relegated. The teams those players played for last season got relegated. That is fact.

Tyler Harvey and Jamie Richards were both part of a playoff team to get out of this division. Proven players in this league.

I reckon there are likely to be a number of supporters waiting on another signing or two before deciding whether to buy/renew a season ticket. A week to go before the early bird deals run out.

Rightly so. The silence from Plainmoor is in danger of saying a lot.

The day the club prioritise the signing of a player as a tool for 'selling season tickets' they are finished.

Why the panic in the quietest time of the 'signing season' ? ~ players on holiday/players having other offers to consider/managers on holiday/agents on holiday/one particular signing maybe dependent on another etc, etc, etc

The manager's the manager; he will sign the payers he wants as and when it becomes possible. He will sign 'Gary Owers' players, NOT 'Kevin Nicholson' players. Not at a time that pleases forum users or potential season ticket purchasors; but at a time that suits all.....just leave the guy alone to get on with his job!

There you go again ! Another unnecessary mention of you know who.
Perhaps you meant any previous manager we made have had but just had a rush of blood to the head.
Or maybe you just can’t help yourself in any way in slagging him off. FFS let it go man...!!!
