Today is a prime example as to why we don't need to be in this competition. Just takes one kamikaze loser of an official to derail your promotion bid.

Very important now that GJ gets the lad`s mentally aswell as physically right for Hampton & Richmond, he won`t want todays result to impact on our league momentum.

By the way, who was the ref? Not one of the National League duffers we had last season, was it? I remember one who was truly dreadful beginning with Qu (but I can't remember the rest of his name).

Just got in the game was really a very good one and we were the better side and played some quick passing which caught Woods out serveral times. Johnson made several changes and Olaf the 16 year old striker played up front with Reid. Olaf has been training and I believe has played for Bristol City under 23's over the last few weeks. We lost Keating through a very bad decision where the referee sent him off where the conditions made it look worse than it was and I expect the referee had never played the game.

Olaf did ok but Johnson brought Jennah on second half and he scored with his first touch of the ball. B.Woods equalized through a bad pass on the halfway line when their striker ran through a gap in our defence.

Extra time came and Cameron was sent off for a second bookable offence it was a clown in black out there. We lost the game but every player gave their all for the club. 3-1 after extra time with 9 players.

As always, it's absolutely laughable that Boring Wood have aspirations to be a Football League club - very few people are interested in football there, the club has no history and cannot produce a decent crowd. Even Forest Green Rovers in tiny Nailsworth were able to muster a reasonable crowd when they were in the 'Conference'. So sad that well-supported clubs like ourselves, Stockport, York and Chester have to languish in the 6th tiers (temporarily one hopes!).

Really ? You base you argument on the fact that because we & the other ex league clubs deserve to be in the football league is because we can attract bigger crowds than the likes of Boreham wood ?
If you take a look at our so called big crowds whilst in the football league, you'll find we're one of the worst supported ( numbers wise )

We are consistently in the bottom 10 of attendance figures & since 1973 our attendances have virtually shrunk by half , Stockport, York, Hereford, Wrexham, Orient, Hartlepool, Chesterfield etc could all have the same argument they should have more rights than Boreham wood & us .
It is sad we're where we've ended up but size has nothing to do with it. It's how you run your club that matters & all of the 'ex league clubs' now in the National league system have had issues that's why we're here with them, not because the size of our crowds.
