Torquay United v Hartlepool United 31/8/19
Crazy that this is the 8th game in August. However every team has played the same so can’t blame fatigue as an excuse. Barnet result certainly felt like defeat, so let’s hoping for a full 90 minutes of consistent play that we saw against aldershot. Hartlepool are no mugs, and won’t want to travel back to the north east without a result of some kind. This will be tight, I’m cautiously going 2-1 Torquay. COYY

Gary Johnson comments in Devon Live :-
https://www.devonlive.com/sport/footbal ... ay-3268575
Buried in that report : ''In the wake of Mo Touray's return to Newport County after a month's loan, Johnson is effectively picking from a squad of 17.'' I guess that Touray's return is no surprise ?

A game of football between two proper football clubs and not a prawn sandwich in sight!

Hard one to predict, listened to their managers pre match comments, has eight first teamers out but still managed to stuff Wrexham 4-2 last Saturday, no easy feat, heart says 2-0, head says a draw.

0-1 half time.
We're lucky to be still in it, they should be at least 0-3 up.
We should have had at least one pen though.

Sat in the car contemplating in how weak we seem to be , bullied in every dept today.
We will lucky to be half way come seasons end at this rate and you can all spout your tripe about being early in the season still, it's happening all to often, pretty football but no backbone I'm afraid, experience drastically needed.
We will get get all at Wanking on tues, history says we never do.
