TUFC v Chesterfield - 21/12/19
Can we get our league form back on track here? I'm feeling more confident after Aldershot last time out and the two new bodies we have brought it seem to have certainly helped.
If we can keep Reidy fit and get Janneh firing now, we can still make a push.
We sit in 12th on 33 points and they sit in 23rd on 23 points. It's a pretty tight division not a lot between top and bottom really.
I'll go for a 2-1 win with a crowd of 3000.

With Jake & Conor back in training, who misses out of the 16?

Niate
Lewis
Andrews
Buse
Lloyd
Whitfield
Reid
Janneh
Subs
Covolan
Lewington
Evans
Nemane
Cundy
Keating and Kalala missing out?
For me he has to bring Lewington in on the bench. Maybe he drops Cundy for Keating? Who knows. This is something Gary’s not had in a while. A selection head ache

In the South West today and the weather is fine and dandy here. Bodes well for tomorrow! Sun is out!
Unfortunately I would suggest that the game might well be called off despite the improved ground work , drainage etc as the forecast for tomorrow is not great, adding to the already substantial amount of rain we have recently had

Assuming you’ve not seen this? https://x.com/tufc1899/status/1208048227330744320?s=21 Pitch looks in good condition. The new drainage seems to be doing nice things work

It has started raining again, however hopefully today's dry spell has helped and the improved pitch and drainage this season should see this one on.

According to the forecast it's heavy rain from 1300 to 1700. We will be able to watch at first hand how good the new drainage is!
