Apparently some saboteur stuck a brick wrapped in a towel into one of the drainage pipes at Fylde's ground, which has caused a big problem with part of the pitch. I would be very surprised if the match goes ahead.

This game and Ebbsfleet are absolutely massive. Must win both. Draws seriously not good enough. I wouldn’t take a draw from either at any cost. 6 points nothing less
5 at the back cannot he used. We cannot play defensively, Whitfield shouldn’t play upfront at any cost. Keating or Lewington should start with Reid.

Quite a few making a weekend of it, not me, so they will be a bit annoyed. Hopefully the game is played and a draw would be fine

They’re below us, we should be winning this. Right now I wouldn’t be happy with a draw, considering they’ve got 2 games in hand over us. We’ve gotta go for the WWhydoibother wrote: ↑16 Jan 2020, 12:23 Quite a few making a weekend of it, not me, so they will be a bit annoyed. Hopefully the game is played and a draw would be fine
Looks like Danny Rowe has signed for Oldham, so that'll be some good news ahead of Saturday.

Gary Johnson ''Armani has trained well in the last couple of days, and he will definitely be in the squad this weekend. He is one who we have missed''. Good news indeed !

This will be a very tough game for United. AFC Fylde have in Jim Bentley a no nonsense experienced Manager and I have to be honest I cannot see us getting anything from this game.
However knowing United this might, just might, be the game when we score 2 early goals and surprise us all by hanging on to earn 3 points.
You never know in Football which is why their are so many rich bookmakers!

I don't care how good or experienced Jim Bentley is, he's no match for our GJ!
With Little back and the new lad at left back we have the potential to return to our winning ways with Lewis at right-back being the only square peg in a round hole.
Let's hope for another clean sheet with Jamie Reid reminding the Fylde faithful what its like to have a talismanic striker on form

Cameron has travelled so he may be fit
1 down here we go again
#tufc Squad Vs AFC Fylde: Covolan (GK), Lewis, Hall (c), Lemonheigh-Evans, Reid, Lumbombo-Kalala, Longridge, Warren, Cundy, Nemane, Whitfield
SUBS: MacDonald (GK), Niate, Keating, Little, Andrews
Shame Cameron couldnt play in the back 4 with Warren
and we go 0-1 down!
but Hall equalises 1-1 from a corner!!
