The vast majority of this squad were here last season and in a playoff position when a horrendous set of injuries to key players halted our season. Now everyone is signed up and some experience now at the back and up front. Bound to be a couple of loans where we may need some cover. No reason why we should not be in the playoffs.

22 now, Josh Umerah signs, hell of a record he's got according to Wiki, 569 goals in 30 appearances for Ebbsfleet, thats some going, looking forward to seeing him play
Stockport must be sh*tting themselves.

Josh Umerah has signed for us from Ebbsfleet. Another forward who has scored against us! Let’s hope he can bring a few goals for us. Gives options for G.J. Think squad, on paper, looks pretty decent now, and not a loanee in site. Is that good news or bad news, as I guess the budget is pretty well drained with these players so may not be room for any loans if this squad don’t match expectations?

I remember this guy last season. Although I think we won 4-2 at Ebbsfleet during our really good run of form this lad scored 2 and looked very dangerous.
Gary Johnson clearly put the performance in his notebook and this really makes me think we mean business.

I just hope that we can afford to pay all these players that we're signing on permanent deals.

Hope you are right. I wonder if we are ever going to see Nelson again. With Olaf out on loan you have to assume Nelson is fit now, if he is not in the squad tomorrow, you have to wonder if something is going on there. Not heard anything about him since that spat in the friendly when he was dragged off, except 'he is injured' .
