I did better than that, I cancelled it the same time as ordering it. the guy was very helpful.

Gone the extra for today’s sale. Got up at four and took my sleeping bag and went and slept by the phone so I’m first in the queue for 10am.

That was stressful. After getting to the front of the countdown numerous times and site crashed, finally managed to secure 4 tickets.
Never felt so relieved.

Kingsgull you are so lucky - I got to the front of the internet queue to be told access to the webpage was denied since when I have been unable to get past the main club page. So I then made nearly 100 calls to get into the phone queue and am currently caller number 155 which, at the current rate of reduction, will mean I will have to wait over 2 hours to get through.

If the guy tells me one more time that the wait time is down to 1 minute I will not be responsible for my actions - seriously poor service this.

Yep, that was stressful. Called spot on 10am and in a queue of 75. No problem. I'll be more than happy to wait for the other 74 to get their tickets.

15mins later... 'Call ended'... wtf!

Redial.... in the queue...No.256... OK, let's hope those other 255 callers hang up or only want single seats.

15 mins later... 'Call ended'... tears starting to well in my eyes.

Redial... in queue... No. 150... OK, I'll hold

In the meantime... let's try the interweb thing.... good idea... or so I thought....

15 mins of nothingness, then it sprang into life.... OK.... sit and watch the spinning wheel of death whilst still waiting in the queue... where I am now No.165 (wtf! I was No.150 10 mins or so ago).

Long story short.... interweb thing let me get through to the booking.... click... wait.... wait a bit more... ad nausem.

Fill in details on interweb thing whilst still holding on phone .... now No.154 with a 12 minute wait.

'Buy Now'.... F**ck yes, I will.... click... pay.... wait... wait... wait.... wait...

Bingo!

2 tickets secured... but how stressful was that!

Good luck to those still waiting in the queue.

COYY!

This is beyond a joke, highest i got in the phone queue was 42 before the line crashed, managed to get in the queue again at 221, then the line crashed again, tried the website, got as far as ordering 3 tickets, then that stopped working, when i managed to get back on the site it would only allow me to order 1 ticket!!! Then it said the EVENT was no longer available??? now i cant get even to the back of the queue on the phone as its just giving an engaged signal. surely cant have sold out in 40mins????? :@ :@

I think the website must have crashed. Now down to 130 in the phone queue. God, this is torture!

Finally got through!

Just for info - although it took over 1 hour to get from 195 to 112 in the queue, it took less than 10 mins to get from there to the front of the queue and then 10 mins to order and pay for the tickets. So stick in there folks - it may not be as bad as you think!

BUT - this is a desperately poor way of doing things and I still can't get into the website.
