Torquay United v Stockport County Sat 11th Dec KO 3pm
United host Stockport County who are on top form following the appointment of Dave Challinor as Manager.
This will be a massive test for United who will be strengthened by the loan signing of the highly rated Jack Sparkes from Exeter City.
It will be very interesting to see Gary's selection tomorrow in terms of formation and players.
I expect Sinclair Armstrong to start and Sparkes to be on the left side of midfield. Will we go 3-5-2 or 4-4-2?
On paper this should be a terrific game and because Stockport like to attack I suspect we will see goals at both ends.
2-2 Draw?

This will be a tough test, but as we’ve seen in this league no game is too predictable. The addition of Sparkes is a well-needed boost, as well as having Wright back fit. Asa looks like he’s getting back to full fitness and is influential, the midfield looks a lot more settled now.
1-1, and I’d take it

Excited for today and fingers crossed for a result. It is the hope that kills you, I keep thinking if only we could win three of the next four
But then again we are Torquay United. COYY

Half time 2-1 up. I will take that at 90 minutes. Sparkes from Exeter - a left back but can play left side of midfield is playing.......,BUT out wide on the RIGHT!
I would say it beggars belief but this is Torquay.
I pray we can see off Padden and his cronies.
