Torquay United v Yeovil Town - Boxing Day

Post by Admiral »

Thought I’d get this one going.

Only around 20 tickets left in the Bench which is usually a good indicator of a good crowd. Remember, ticket sales end at midnight of Christmas Day (why I don’t know).

2-1 (Lolos x2)

Usually goals in Boxing Day, so could be a high scoring game I will go for a 4-2 win.

Again I worry about the midfield, it just looks lightweight. Fingers crossed I am wrong.

Mrs Dawlish and my eldest daughter cooked a fantastic Turkey christmas dinner yesterday, this evening it's more humble pie for me. Fantastic win for the boys today. i wonder where i put my season ticket?

Did you mix it in with the stuffing yesterday. and stuff the turkey's cavity with it?

Nothing better than a popside assist for a red card

That was a really ‘gutsy’ and well deserved win against ,it has to be said, a side that didn’t ‘like it up them’ Didn’t see the incident where Tom Lapslie was fouled leading to the red card but you could see a number of Yeovil players having a word or two with Lapslie and fair play to Tom he carried on playing his ‘disruptive’ game.
This game and the Stockport one has us showing real fight and endeavour and this will win more games than lose.
Well done lads, keep it going.
Also didn’t realise their keeper was sent off after the final whistle so that means two of their players will be suspended when we meet again!!
