He wouldn't have to. Ireland have a summer season and it's been suggested Keating might play for us in the Irish off-season.Bristol_Gull wrote: ↑25 Oct 2022, 21:06 13 goals in the 1st division - promoted to top flight in Irish football…

So we sign a player, who was not up to the required standard and now he reappears because we have fallen to his level.
You could not make it up
Could only only happen at Torquay....but we wish him well.

We just need the numbers right now, one available striker going into Saturday..North Curry House wrote: ↑26 Oct 2022, 05:20 So we sign a player, who was not up to the required standard and now he reappears because we have fallen to his level.

He hasn’t signed yet, that’s why it hasn’t been mentioned on the site. With the way he was treated, messed around and forced out by Johnson, I can’t see why he’d be looking to come back. Not sure where this rumour has come from!
We’d be lucky to sign him again, he has the heart of a lion and his attitude would no doubt bring up the effort levels of those around him.

Well not sure if there is any truth in this. Maybe more Fake news
However someone needs to be brought in as cover for our depleted foward line as it stands at present, and if he was to return he was always a fans favourite .. however think a lot more signings ..experienced ones at that and in defence especially is essential
Lets see !!!

I have it on good authority that it is between Torquay and Yeovil to sign Keating with both offering similar terms and Keating preferring to return to Torquay. Not sure its a good signing to be honest as struggled last time in the NL after a decent spell when in the NLS but he would certainly add some energy off the bench - Not sure its the answer though i am afraid, experience and quality and lots of it is.
