Chesterfield v Torquay United, 7.45pm, Tuesday 18th April 2023.

Well, I never.....
Five wins on the bounce, who'd have thought that just a few short weeks ago. :|
What a difference Big Frank, Stobbsy, Bodie & Daws have made - plus the welcome returns of Asa and Tiger Tom.
Was there to witness Scunny away, difficult game but a deserved victory and Eastleigh at home on Good Friday, a great performance from all the players involved in the game v the "fall down and roll around at every opportunity from the 1st minute" sh*thouses ...
So glad of the three points today...
So, onto Chesterfield, their first home win today in eight games v the sh*thouses of Eastleigh - sounds like they were up to their old tricks that we witnessed on Good Friday afternoon.... :@
Hope that Frank, Jarv and Asa are OK and that hope Tiger Tom is fit and ready to go on Tuesday.
Safe travels to all our Yellow Army and see you at Chesterfield.
Up the Gulls.

A point would be a good one, we’d just have to hope Aldershot don’t win.

Chesterfield lost 1-3 at Home to York and were 1-2 v Eastleigh yesterday after 88 mins so they are beatable.

A lot depends on whether we can field our strongest side or we have 2 missing eg Lapslie and Hall.

Can we make it 6 in a row. Depends?

Everything crossed for you tomorrow…. Even the “TalkSPORT” pair will want a Torquay win and Alderplop to lose!!! So here’s hoping that Wealdstone’s ex Woking players put in a shift!!!

SNW I never doubted you would be at Chesterfield tomorrow evening.

Fingers crossed. I am a little encouraged by Alty's Home Form of late.Drew 1-1 with Yeovil, beat Halifax 2-0 lost 1-3 York and snatched victory from the jaws of defeat v Eastleigh on Saturday.

Hard one to call.
