It's not about GJ moaners, it's about statistics compared to the team which stayed and where they compare in a lower league from where they were this same time last season.
Does this team need changes compared to last season or does it copy what happened last season.
Last season seriously lacking in the striking department.
This season, the same.
Midfield the same.
Defence, barely coping which is slightly better.
Make your own mind up what's needed but before this game has ended we are only 3pts better than last season.
Against mostly part time teams.

So we’re hanging on in games and still winning. No Dawson Moxey or Hall. Lapslie carrying a chronic ankle problem but still putting in everything. Four loans to come. A young squad. Watched Wrexham last season..they were dire at times but still won games. This is football. If GJ is responsible for last years shot show then he’s responsible for todays win.
