TUCST’s girls football programme continues to scale new heights, with members of the squads attending last Saturday’s match v Aveley. TUCST currently has eight teams competing in the OTB Devon Girls Football League, with around about 120 girls participating. Last Saturday, over 80 players, along with parents/guardians came to Plainmoor, and enjoyed a great matchday experience, watching the mens team secure a 2-2 draw, in front of a 3,600 crowd last weekend. The Community Sports Trust’s teams are provided with fantastic coaching and support in their development from a number of superb coaches:
- Lily Burton & Craig Binnie (Under-9s)
- Len McCarthy, Michael Reece, James King, Glynn O’Connell & Joss White (Under-11s)
- Neil Blaney, Kevin Glass & Gavin Coysh (Under-13s)
- Matt Green, Jon Rimmer, Simon Rogers & Graham Legge (Under-15s)
