You can call it bad luck or you could say that the Squad has been an accident waiting to happen.

SOS Neil Warnock. Desperate punt but we need something.

Never left a game at half time in 20+ years until today.
That was shocking, we actually looked like we turned up to lose.
Whether that is down to the administration predicament perhaps.
Either way we're embarrassing to watch.
Glad they served alcohol as it at least numbed me for the inevitable.
Marshall, well hope that's that last we see of that idiot.
Oh dear, we're going down. There's no way we're getting points from the remaining games with this sorry bunch of losers

Bath now looks like one of the must attend fixtures of the decade, we’re in deep trouble unless Dartford/Eastbourne can throw their leads away.

Squeeky bum time!
Our goal difference currently at -9 could be our saviour!

Dartford 43 11 10 22 -17 43

It is looking like 2 from 3 to join Dover and Havant the 3 being Torquay, Dartford and Eastbourne.

As kevgull says it could go to goal difference.

You must mean Taunton as well?, they got a decent point today but are in the thick of it, I think we'll be okay, but if we only get a point from Truro/Taunton fixtures, I may start to think differently. I've got a hunch Truro will win tonight.

I didn't go today but to lose only 1.0 having played 70 minutes with 10 men doesn't suggest either that the players have given up or that we won't pick up any more points but I stand to be corrected by anyone who was there.

Well you can definitely blame Halstead for the goal but what half hearted tracking back and attempted block by McGavin.
We seem totally incapable of creating a chance
and making the goalkeeper make a serious save.

The team deserved a point ultimately.
They did play with effort and passion
The 441 with Tom on, had good shape and they dominated Welling to be fair, even with 10 men.
Just not good enough in front of goal.
McGavin, hold your hand up for that woeful track back that allowed their shot, that yes, Halstead should have saved.
Seen worse. Still hope.

I fully expected to see Marshall being sent off for an intentional aggressive tackle but on a frame by frame analysis it looks accidental or clumsy at best. I am not saying he did not deserve to be sent off as the ref does not have the benefit of slow motion replays. But look closer and Marshall is first to the ball but the ball has bobbled over his outstretch leg (thats plastic pitches for you) before he brings the player down. If he is guilty of anything it is going in for a blazing tackle when he could have just stood his ground. All hindsight I guess as he is now portrayed as a pantomime villain.
