Torquay United v St Albans F C Saturday 21 Sept KO 3pm
United still smarting from the worst result in the Clubs history play host to St Albans who have just 2 points and are bottom of NLS.
I suspect this will be another tight game and predict an important 2-1 win for United.
The arrival of Will Jenkins Davies on loan from Argyle is a big plus in my book. Welcome back Will.

Going for a 3-1 home win to regain our momentum.

I would expect a reaction to last weekend. Scoring early may be the key to settle the nerves. If we conceded first, this young and untested squad will be tested to the max.

A reaction is definitely needed, I’d like to think 3-0 but not sure we will keep a clean sheet, TUFC 3 - St Albans 1.
If they have the usual big lump centre backs, can we please not just bang it long and make it easy for them!

Think there will be a lot of conversations during training to gel the team more as it still looks like we are frequently losing mastery of the midfield. Suspect after the awful cup defat they will be up for a fight especially against the bottom side. However although SA haven't scored many goals, they haven't given a shed-load away either.
Reckon a dicey 3-1 win if we pass the ball around better and not just hoof it.
