i bet Billy does a mean "truffle shuffle" !!

as for the new kit, just spoke to Julia in the shop again, and they're hopeful the shirts will be in over the next few days, ready to go on sale next week. No sight of the shorts, they're not even booked on a flight yet (?!?!!), and socks should be available next week too.

I see Billy has had no trouble getting hold of the new kit.

Tidy!

(I'm sorry - I really must find something more productive to do in my lunch break!)

Ha ha probably!! I was a bit surprised to find that all the logos, the badge the stripe etc were imprinted in the fabric not iron on like we are all used to. Back of the shirt sponsor is Marsh Toyota now. One thing no picture has shown is the fact that it has 'THE GULLS' printed on the bottom of the shirt at the back.

cheap and nasty as supected then??!!

any chance of posting a few close up so we can judge the quality for ourselves please? its a real rip off not to have decent badges isnt it, i bet they cost £2 each to make, cheapest material and then just screen printed the blue bits on

may be can get hold of material badges and sew our own on?
still keeping the faith

Your wish etc.... Have to excuse the lighting, i'm not a photographer and its a dull old day up here!!
Personally i quite like it although i do agree with you all that the badge should have been sewn on. Prefer it to be printed into the fabric as the iron on stuff eventually starts to peel off!!

All vandanel badges are embroidered. The 'THE GULLS' bit is actually the old iron on stuff just noticed that. The only issue i have is the ' at the end of THE GULLS'. Its not proper English unless the shirt or its wearer actually belongs to The Gulls!!??
I hope you have got one of the 1st team training tops Richinns not the lovely pink youth ones!!!!

I can't make up my mind. One day I like it, the next I don't. I'll still buy one though.
