Played the demo and love it far better than Pro evo. Although I'm not to sure on the new defending interface, my usual tactic is taking a hammering :'(.

we downloaded the demos at the weekend, for Fifa and PES. General opinion in our house is fifa is still way ahead. maybe it's because we've had fifa11 for the last year, but just couldn't get on with the pes demo. my boy is a bit p'd off tho, as it doesn't appear to be available for the nintendo ds. looks like 3DS only, so he'll have to make do with the PS3 version. we also have a 360, but usually get the footy on the ps3, as the boys mates are on ps3 as well.

It's not the full listing, but these are apparently the ratings for our available players in Ultimate Team (they may slightly differ to the actual teams ratings in the main game):

Billy Bodin - 52
Brian Saah - 58
Chris Robertson - 59
Danny Stevens - 60
Ian Morris - 58
Joe Oastler - 52
Kevin Nicholson - 59
Lee Mansell - 60
Lloyd Macklin - 55
Martin Rice - 45
Rene Howe - 58
Robert Olejnik - 60

I'm getting it for the PS3 btw.

Interesting stats, if true, TUFCfan.

Stevens was a 60 on Fifa 11 I think. Surprised Oastler is only 52.

Would expect O'Kane to be 61/62.

My copy arrived this afternoon so thought I'd update anyone still waiting with the Torquay squad details.

As with last year, remember to download squad updates through the 'Customise Fifa' option as there's a squad update already. Doesn't make too many changes to TUFC, the main ones I can see being Oastler moving from 52 to 56, and Ellis going from 63 to 58.

Apologies for the quality as they were taken with a mobile.

Also scored a decent first goal with Howe:

Nice attention to detail on our new kit as well, they've even included the stupid apostrophe on 'The Gulls' at the bottom of the shirt. Also, although we still have a generic GK jersey, at least it seems to be plain green now rather than that horrid green and black muscle shirt.

Cheers for that TUFCfan. I am away at the moment and am unable to get my hands on a copy of it!

Nice to see there are still a few positional errors with our lads. I definitely haven't heard anyone suggesting Leadbitter as a candidate for CB but i guess fifa knows best!

Halpin always seems to get a rough deal with these games, but i guess the game's developers aren't too fussed at how our youth team is doing. Looking forward to it now!
