I remember the occasion rather than the goal, but williams equaliser against Plymouth in the last minute after, being two down away at Argyle on the opening of the new home park. 2 williams goals against Blackpool in the last 2 minutes when brought on as a sub with 3 minutes to go to win 2-1 after we'd been completely outplayed for89 minutes
Under Wes Saunders.

And Mick O Briens last minute equaliser against QPR in the FA Cup 3rd round at loftus road

QPR... Now that was one of the best ever away atmospheres.
O'Neill Donaldson then completely miskicked in front of goal in stoppage time to win it !

Can also remember Williams scoring a last minute goal at St James Park and a cracker at home
against Macclesfield in the last minute.

Another occasion I can remember was not a goal but Charlie Oatway standing toe to toe with
Leo Fortune West right in front of the POP with the crowd roaring him on . Fortune west was
about a foot taller than him but Charlie refused to back down.

All great memories.

Ah Mick O'Brien - was a big fan of his. Remember him scoring an absolute pearler of a free kick in an away game against Leyton Orient around 1999. Was very dissapointed when Roy McFarland ruthlessly, and quite wrongly, released him shortly after he was appointed. Pretty sure he's now coaching at Everton.

Can also remember Mick O belting one in the top corner at Shrewsbury on the first day of the season.

Also a Mick O free kick that crashed against the bar at Home Park in the last minute. It was 2-2 and it
was in the middle of a tremendous hail storm when the away end at Gnome Park was still uncovered.

I'm sure Eiffon also pulled it out of the bag for us one Easter - scored in stoppage time at Plainmoor v Maccy....or is my memory playing tricks with me?

Yes he did. Blasted it in from just outside the box. Another one of his great finishes.

I was on the front row at qpr and genuinely thought i wss going to fall over the stand when we scored.

Another great goal I remember was Rodney Jack, also away in the cup, at Watford. I hated Gifton Noel Williams with a passion after that night!

Branno netting the header to equalise in our 3-3 draw at Macc season before last. He whipped off his shirt and ran to celebrate with us. Legend and he was well pleased with his goal. Gritts at the KC v Hull, as has been mentioned, i was also right behind a Nico thunderbolt at Kettering but we lost.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Rodney Jack against Scarborough in the play-offs in 1997/98. Was one on one with the keeper, rounded him and finished. We were two up in the first few minutes and going to Wembley. I was in the Family Stand right behind it aged 9 and can still remember it 14 years later.

The other one to be really special was Sills at Wembley. That game was so important, if we had lost it then I think we would still be non-league now, never mind challenging for League One with a new stand and training ground on the way.

I like the shout for Jean-Pierre Simb's goal too. At the time Zebroski's last minute goal vs Exeter in the 2008 play-offs was a great moment, but the week after kind of took the shine off it.

I remember a Tony Bedeau winner at Sid James, right in front of us. Pulled his shirt over his head while we all went delirious.
Mmmmmm, beeeeeeeer.

Yep. Another one on the negative side being when Ryan Harley hit the first for City in the second leg..

Remember loads of the goals mentioned, but one of my favourites was a David Graham goal at Exeter. Lee Canovile dispossesed Lee Sharpe on the halfway line, couple of one-twos and Graham was cutting in from the right to score. I think we won 2-1 that day.

Also remember Ian Hathaway scoring two crackers against Chesterfield in the mid-90s in a 3-3 draw.

I'll never forget that goal; I jumped in the air in celebration, missed my footing on the way down and ended up breaking a metatarsal. I didn't celebrate Bedeau's winner with anywhere as much gusto.
I grassed on Waller.

Yeah both of those are up there for me.

Ironically, Jake Robinson's chip ten minutes into his Plainmoor career against Hereford at home last year had a similar effect! Well, not immediately, but once the news filtered through that all was not as it seemed re: his registration.

Can't remember what game this was bit it was when we were in League one and Kevin Hill snuck up behind their keeper when he had the ball and stole it then put it in the back of their net. Awesome goal but think we went on to lose that game in the end.
