The sun is bright, and it's in the sky. Godlike as they are, there is'nt much our directors can do about that!

For the rare cloudless, sunny days, may I suggest :)

The old corrugated iron 'Cowshed' was replaced by the 'mini stand' which was built behind the Ellacombe end goal in the summer of 1967. Insufficient finance prevented it from being built along the whole width of the pitch, and part of the Cowshed remained next to the Ministand for a few years before blowing down. The Ministand was extended a year or two later but never did extend to the whole width of the pitch as originally intended, and was replaced, I believe in the early nineties, by the stand we have today.

But in addition to the desired improvements to the family stand, if the club is to maintain its ambitions we really do need to see the pop side and away end enlarged and extended as soon as possible, with the provision of more seating..

I wouldn't want to see the Popside turned into a stand, I prefer the fact you can have the choice of standing at a match and I doubt we'd be allowed to build a brand new terrace though. I'd like to see us extend over the top of the bowling place behind the Popstand though. One thing which could be a problem is the angle of the road, which would mean we could extend from about the halfway line up to the Family Stand but not down to the away end.

Bradford City in my opinion. 3/4's of a Premier ground and like no other in the league.

I am not a big fan of new style subbuteo stadiums like Shrewsbury and Chesterfield, especially as the corners are not filled in

....of the others, I have always liked Rochdale, some of the best views and a sensible size for the average home crowd

most of you will know this sit, but just in case there is someone who is interested.... http://www.footballgroundguide.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You're welcome.

It's because you link to a Facebook photo instead of uploading the image as an attachment in your post ;-)
