BT, if they only changed it a few hours later then its hardly the end of the world. As Louis says, ring up, pay and arrange to collect from reception.

Nah mate. They always turn up for the "big games". Apart from that you are spot on though.

I also suspect the fact we have no grandstand may be having a bigger impact on the "floaters" than anyone anticipated. Not everyone wants to stand up for a couple of hours on a cold wintery day and the family stand leaves a lot to be desired in the way of weather protection.
