According to a York forum there were 255 of us.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

great result, well done to all the fans that travelled, great turn out, onwards and upwards!
I haven't been able to get to a computer since the match, but I wanted to say I thought Jarvis played very well on Saturday. He was really assured in possession – I can't remember a single loose pass – and put in a great shift shielding the ball and closing down defenders. I think him playing just behind Rene could work really well for us, especially away. At home it may sometimes be a better option to play Bodin off Howe, with an added pacey winger. Obviously Eric may come into the equation now, too…!
Not a lot else has to be said about the game, except I was so glad we won given how cold it was! It was probably the best display I've seen from Poke since Histon away and that save, and Brian Saah is just magnificent and coolness personified. It was also great to see Oastler, Nicho and Bodin put in good performances.
The only worries for me were the ease with which York ran through the middle of the pitch against the willing workers Easton and Craig, and the dangling 'A' from the David Longhurst Stand opposite the away end at the timeworn Bootham Crescent!
