What I DO want Knill to do is acknowledge we have some major problem areas in the team and attempt to sort them. It isn't happening so he is not conducting his duties as effectively as he could be which in laymans terms means he isn't doing his job properly.

probably a good job you aren't there as I hate to think of the ear-bashing that bodin would receive, though from all accounts he's been our best outfield player.

Ok psychology lesson folks. I did write that I wanted Knill to f*ck off. I was angry and letting off steam. I DO NOT WANT KNILL TO F*CK OFF is the reality of it. I said it but I do not want it to happen. It's called letting frustration and anger get the better of you. They are complex emotional feelings which occur inside people who aren't made of stone.

Reasonable suggestion. I suspect he is holding on to his plan A. Something has to change soon, either it'll work or changes will be made.
