I was talking to Dave in the pub pre-match, normally talk to him and Paul (Awayday) on away games during the game, both top lads.
welcome to the gang mate.

although i must question your judgement as far as those 2 are concerned!

Can't beat a Plainmoor burger!

I suppose it's just me being careful, if I go into a bar or clubhouse, 99 times out of 100 I would have a couple of drinks.

Plus I'm a bit of a lightweight

My names Matt and I'm 17 years old and live in the goregous part of the world that is Stoke on Trent, I've actually been a member on here since November last year but not got round to posting much. I've been a Gulls supporter ever since I first visited Torquay when I was about 6 and my dad took me to a football match for some reason and have been hooked ever since. I don't go to many home games being because of the 4 hour drive down to Devon but I have attended quite a few away games around the midlands, looking forward to Macclesfield in March even though it was awful last time.

Look forward to posting in the future :scarf:

Oh and some fans might know me for a few things if they think back?
as im 19 now when i was younger, i used to take a blow horn to plainmoor (Because i was cool ok?)
And the one time when we played Luton (when they were champs) (What happened to them anyway? ;]) anywho, the keeper took a goal kick, all the torquay fans in the pop side "woooooooaaaahhhHHH" Then me in the back ground "Your sh!t AHAHA!"

Anyone remeber anything like that?
if so, No abuse ^^ aha!

popsider wrote:Alright guys, decided to join the site after reading the site for a few months, and Southampton Gull encouraging me to sign up on Saturday :-D

I'm Chris, 19 year's old and I stand on the popside (thus the nickname) know a few that go on this site. I was born in Torquay, my mums waters broke in Plymouth (Where we where living, and still do :( ) and my dad drove me up and my mum up to Torbay Hospital so I was born in the Blue, And frankly, Better side of this fine county.

I'm a first time season ticket holder, thanks to it being crazy cheap for under-18's (ahem... ) so I go to all the home games, not really much of an away follower 'cuz really, I just can't be arsed  But I'm going to Baaaaaaarnet.

Chris :-D
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much information.

Matt.

Are you suggesting you're the only fan ever to do this? Coz I'm pretty sure you're not. Unless you shouted in in Latin or Klingon, I doubt anyone will remember this... :)

Or have I missed the joke?

Matt.
